I dont' know of any, I have been doing a search myself. So far, this website seems to be the most extensive. I am still searching. May I recommend yo try using metasearch engines like MetaCrawler...Dogpile... Google seems good, too.
Then, "I and Though" is an intriguing title.
You gotta mean "I and Thou."
